Delightful luxury large villa located at Quinta da Perogil near the historic town of Tavira with views over the river Gilão and towards the ocean.  The villa set within 1100sq meters of grounds sleeps up to 10 people with 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large modern kitchen/diner and spacious living room with sofa bed.  Within the grounds is a large 10 x 5 meter swimming pool set in landscaped gardens and all located just a 10-15 minute stroll from Tavira town.

The Algarve typically has a Mediterranean climate with mild winters and dry summers.  From the data chart below winter temperatures are very pleasant and particularly good for golfers and sun seekers alike with termperatures rarely dropping below 15 Celsius.  During the summer months daytime highs reach around 28 Celsius, though the Atlantic coast provides a cooling breeze.  Algarve temperatures are wonderfully warm and perfectly match the hospitality of the Portuguese people.
